Hello, my name is Ryan Schmidt. I am the owner and founder of Schmidt Contracting Services, LLC. I have over a decade of construction and management experience in the home improvement industry. I am an Anne Arundel County native and current resident, a graduate of Broadneck High School and I have a B.S. Degree in Information Systems Management from Salisbury University.
I have created Schmidt Contracting Services, LLC to fill a very important vacancy in the home improvement field. The truly owner supervised contracting company. This offers a crucially important advantage to our customers. It means that I personally oversee every job that we do. I’m not some absentee owner who’s off fishing on his boat while your house is torn apart. I’m there, at your home, supervising the crew, answering your questions, and dealing with changes or problems that may arise. This ensures the highest level of quality and accountability.
